Do you offer tracking?
Yes! As of 2025 All packages include tracking. This includes smaller items like stickers.
How long does shipping take?
Depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders may take longer depending on customs and postal delays.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, reach out to us at hello@okeydokebrand.com and we’ll make it right.
I typed the wrong address—can you fix it?
Happens more than you’d think! If you catch the mistake before it ships, we can absolutely fix it. Double-check your shipping info before submitting your order to avoid heartbreak.
I received the wrong item or something’s missing.
OOPS! Sometimes we slap the wrong label on a package or grab the wrong size tee. Don’t sweat it—we’ll send you a return label and get the right order out ASAP, on us.
My package never showed up. What now?
This is rare, but it happens. Most of the time, it's due to USPS issues or address errors. If your package gets returned, we’ll reach out and resend it once we confirm the correct info. Sometimes tracking lags or stalls—give it a few days. We’re always here to help.
When will my pre-order ship?
Most of our gear is designed and printed in-house, so we usually ship pre-orders within 2–3 weeks. That said, timing can vary depending on the size of the drop and current workload.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep—we do! Shipping overseas can be pricey, but we do our best to keep it fair and fast.
My sticker won’t stick to my window—why?
Make sure you’re applying to a clean, dry surface—no wax or residue. Cold weather can also affect adhesion. Try warming the surface or applying indoors. If it still doesn’t stick… sorry, that one’s on you.
Are your air fresheners long-lasting?
Longer than most! While they won’t last forever, they still look dope hanging from the mirror. You can also spritz them with a little water to revive the scent after a while.
What sizes do your shirts run?
We offer sizes S to 3X. Check the size chart on each product page for detailed measurements.
Do you print for other people or brands?
